On the 13th of September I visited the eye Doctor and give my frame to the customer service for my new lens had to pay a extra fee for lens over 400.00 dollars my frame is a lafont I paid 948.00 for it I am still waiting for my glasses. I call several times and was told it was processing,on October 9th I was told my frame is missing,this is not acceptable I need to be reimbursed or fixed the issue. Resolution Sought Get my frame back or let them pay me for my pain and suffering,also better businesses in the future with customers.
