Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Customer Complaint

Went in for my annual vision check up on Nov 3, 2023. Had to order new glasses. I was notified around 11/28 that my glasses were in. When I picked up glasses I immediately noticed that lens was scratched and frames were damaged. Was told at that time by myeye doctor representative that my glasses would have to be reordered. I contacted myeye glass office today to check status of order. They said they were supposed to be in today 12/15/23. Was told by employee of myeye doctor Diane that they would notify me if they received them today. They did contact me to inform me that my glasses were sent incorrect and was not what I ordered and that a 3rd order would have to be placed. I'm not sure where the breakdown is here but either they are just absolutely incompetent or there was some type of fraud committed by one or more associate that works at this location. Resolution Sought Refund my money
