Me and my son went for an appointment on May 30, 2024 And I was overcharged $44 on my account as well as my sons account. I called the store on August 21 and I explained to them that I seen I was overcharged by looking at the claims and the representative spoke with her manager About this issue. The representative called me back and said that they do see where I was overcharged $44 on My son's account as well as mine and they explained that $29 Was for the warranty. So if I was overcharged $44 on each account and $29 is for the warranty then I was still overcharged $15 and the representative said that she seen that and she explained to me as soon as the claims were processed they would issue me a refund check. The representative told me I had to go on to my eye doctor.com and fill out a form for the overcharge, but there was no form but I did fill information and I sent them an email and this Was the end of October when the email was sent. I received an email today, November 19, 2024 saying they don't see an overcharge. I can clearly see my claims online and I paid $154 on the date of service for myself and My claim indicated I only should have paid $110. As for my son I paid $217 on the date of service and the claim for my son indicated I should have paid $173. As you can see the total that I paid and the total that I should have paid there is a $44 Difference that I was overcharged for me and my son Resolution Sought I want my overcharge refund if $30. They overcharged me a total of $88 And that is the total of my son and myself. If you take the $29 warranty off of that $88 for me and my son then that's $58 deducted from the $88 and it leaves a total of $30 that I was overcharged. I was overcharged for dollars for each of us
