I bought a ring a replica of Kansas City Chiefs super bowl. I received a bubble envelope that was empty, the postal service wrote on the envelope received open check contents. So I sent an email to myringos.com and the said they were sending me a replacement ring. I asked for a tracking number, can't get them to respond I have a feeling that this is a scam. Resolution Sought Are they a legit company? The phone number on the website. Can't be reached my phone carrier say unable to make the call check the number The email is MYRINGOS.com I just wanted to know if it's a legit business

I never got my product. I ordered three weeks ago. It was a gift. I called the number on the website, which is currently inactive. I also emailed them no reply. Resolution Sought Refund at this point.

I returned Tracking Number: 9400111202555892220749 Carrier : USPS - item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:59 pm on August 3, 2022 in MIDLAND, TX 79707. However, I only received one of the rings and not the other or the promised refund as of to date. I would like either the ring or refund in a timely manner.
