Literally put in about 4 to 5 maintenance request for them to fix my fridge/freezer and they came finally but literally all of our food had to be thrown away, this was literally 1 day before thanksgiving. I have reached out to them multiple times about reimbursement and no one has called me back or emailed me back about the issue, but sure enough when they want to put a notice on the door about something they will, about my sister visiting and accused me of having an unauthorized occupant. Which is not true at all. They need to fix this issue asap. Resolution Sought Reimburse us through rent and apologize for this.
