We signed a lease about a year ago and the toilet was stopped up and would not work and we did not have hot water and we the roof leaked in the bedroom it was sagging and he wouldn't fix it. I kind of fixed the roof in the bedroom but I still have not got the toilet working. I can't do it and we still don't have no hot water because he don't want to replace a hot water tank or fix the commode and we can't take a shower without hot water and he's expect we've been trying to get him to fix it for a year and he won't do it. He wants to come around every time we get behind on our rent we always get caught up but our lease is almost up and then he gave us a 3-day eviction notice and he's still and he did not hand it to us personally he taped it on our door and didn't even knock on our door and I want I need to know what I can do to get this resolved. where I don't have to move right at this minute because I have nowhere to go I'm trying to find somewhere but my wife's on disability she's mentally handicapped and she only gets a check once a month and and he just he expects us just to up and move with a 3-day eviction notice and it says 8:10 or 8 9 okay we was home on 89 but he put the fifth or a fifth wheel camper and that's what it is it's a fifth wheel camper on Jackson Lane in Russellville Resolution Sought Would like for them to fix the problems that is here and a refund me my money on the refrigerator I had to buy because they said they would not buy it unless I talked to rent up and just to refund me on my time and stuff that it took me to get the ceiling back up in the bedroom and the time I've tried to get everything else fixed around here

The tenant only complained about sewer stopping up and I sent a plumber out and he pulled a blanket out of the sewer lines. The plumber fixed all the problems. The tenant destroyed the camper and were two months behind on rent when they got served the eviction notice. We are having to get rid of the camper from what they did to it. They completely destroyed the inside of the camper. The tenant never said anything about the refrigerator not working. We only found out from this letter you sent. The damage they caused to the campe is going to cost us far more money than $800 and they owe rent of $905 (including late fees).
