I had called this business to get a new key made. After the queue was made it didn't work, but the business had already left. My key was supposed to be able to auto start my car as well as lock and unlock and open the trunk. Well, it does none of that and also my car has a problem starting on its own because it doesn't detect the remote. I have tried calling this business numerous occasions trying to get somebody to come help me all they do is hang up on me put me on hold. Tell me somebody's gonna call later hang up and one even told me to F myself. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of my money if possible I no longer want to do business with this company so I do not want them to fix my key. I just want my refund.
