Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I returned the product for a refund due to an over order error. I havent seen the refund yet. Resolution Sought Refund

Dear customer and BCA, We do apologize about the concern. Typically we pick up returns every Monday and process returns daily until none are in our file. After reviewing your account I do not see your return checked in yet. What we have done for you today is issued the full 100 refund of $69. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect. Since we do not have any subscriptions there is nothing to worry about re charging or receiving more product.
