I come into this nail-shop to remove my previous nails and get a new work. My experience was incredibly traumatic. The owner removed my nails and cut down my skin between my nail & fingers. She made my fingers bleed and her excuse was my skin is too sensitive. She had not to say after she caused several drilling in my fingers and also didn't see her clean her tool b4 or after she cut me. I confronted and addressed she can contaminate me or other or transmitted a serious disease to me or other because of her neglecting actions. Previously the had caused some burns on my daughter's toe with the gel drier device. Resolution Sought Refund me and to all the times I been bypassing this wrongful actions.
