Nails 09 complaints

On 8/7/23 I went to Nail-09 in Williamston NC, to get ny eyebrows and lashes done. This was around noon. When they had finished, I ordered some food and visited a thrift store before going home to Windsor, NC. When I got home abd looked in the mirror I say one of my lashes had began to come off. I called the salon and I was instructed to return for a repair. I drove back to the salon, got it reglued and went back home. I went to bed and in the morning I saw that the same lash had once again become detached on both ends. No makeup was applied to my eyes for fear of drawing attention to the lash while I was at school working. I put on my glasses to further hide the detached lash. At the end of the day, I called Nails-09 and a male technician tried to tell me I was too rough on the lash. I explained that I had taken special care not to wet them or pull on them. He got upset and hung up. I called him again and asked what he planed to do. He wanted to charge me 10.00 to put on a completely new lash or 5.00 to do as the lady had done before; add some more glue to it. When I refused to pay, he got angry and clined his wife has had them and she was ruff on them. He stated they don't stay on long. Mines were on maybe 4 hours plus my time of overnight sleep. When I told him I was gonna give him a bad review on the internet and report him to the BBB. He said he did not care, go ahead and do that, and hung up again. Resolution Sought I want my money I paid for the service plus gas for going back and forth to get a repair. I paid 25 for the service and I had to go back to Williamston from Windsor for the nail technician to put some more glue on it. For that I want 5. 00 in additional pay for the gas I had to burn. And I truly can not even determine a price for the embarrassment I suffered from being at school all day with students and co-workers constantly pointing out that my lashes were falling off.
