On June 7, 2024 I went to the establishment to have a service performed. I have gone there for over a year and usually have good service. This day I did not have good service at all. I went to get a pedicure which usually takes 45-60 minutes at the least. This time, the person did not take their time and finished in 15 minutes. They did not even offer to put my shoes on while my nails dried. I was quite disappointed and told the owner that my service was not good. He asked me to leave a tip 3 times, which is why I said the service was bad. He did not even say thank you for payment or apologize or offer a discount. This is not how to treat customers. Resolution Sought I would like a complete refund for my inconvenience and time wasted. The owner should care when service is bad or not up to standards.
