I purchased a gift card at this place. They charged me 10.00 for using my Visa card. The sign says 3.5 percent for using a card, minimum 10.00. I thought that meant that you could only charge a minimum amount of 10.00. What a ripoff. Resolution Sought Refund $8.25. 3.5 percent is $1.75.
