I went and got my nails done. The man didn't do what I wanted but I was just going to deal with it because I was crunched on time. He asked if I liked them and I told him no but I don't have time to change them. So I was just gonna deal with them and forget about it. But the same night not even 2 hours after getting them done, they started peeling and I started noticing the bumps and the sloppiness of the set. I came back with my pictures and how awful they were. They had no resolution for me and basically said it was my fault. I showed the pictures with the time stamps and proof. Resolution Sought I would like my money back for these terrible nails. I have to spend more money to have someone else fix.

Hi Dear Mrs. Gaines came back 2 hours after to show me her nails, the nails polish mash up. I told her I would redone her polish but she doesn't want to do it so she said want full money back and I told her the job was done and nothing wrong with the nails just polish mash up. I think be fair I do refund $20 for nail polish.

Wrong person. I came the next day. I had pictures. Showed you what I asked for and what I received. I had BUBBLES under my nails from where the gel polish didn’t dry. My nails were peeling from the bubbles. You mess up so many peoples nails you don’t even know who is who. You NEVER offered me any sort of money back. I have all my pictures with time stamps. I sent this complaint in after I walked out of your shop in the parking lot.
