I purchased a PoS system from NailSoft. I was given a 30 day trial. After using the device for 5 days, I contacted them that I am not happy with the product. I wanted to return the POS system. I have requested 7 times for a refund and return address, but no one can help me at NailSoft. Their address is 2131 Pleasant Hill Rd Suite 112, Duluth, GA 30096. (800) 807-6107 The sales manager is Tammy. +1 (470) 750-1800 https://nailsoft.com/ Resolution Sought I want my refund back and their mailing address so that I can return their POS system.

per consumer "After a few days when you first made contact with NailSoft, they finally reached out to me. It took another 2 weeks for me to get my money back. The whole process wasn't simple, but you made a difference. I sent them multiple emails and tons of phone calls asking for refund, but no one is available they said. After you contacted them, they told me who to contact to get the paper processed for the returns. Warning to new customers for NailSoft. Be warned that buying is easy. Returning the products is nearly impossible. I really think they wanted to wait the whole 30 days and tell me that my returned windows is invalid. It's a dirty dog-eat-dog scenario with NailSoft. Thank you for contacting them! "
