I enrolled in this school with the desires of completing nail school on a certain date as the contract states,but do to the unprofessionalism and canceling classes and coming late and not following the weekly lesson plan . This has been a long journey classes schedule has been altered without notice or short notice . I had a dream and a desire filled with passion and it was stripped away from me due to lack of teaching and time management . I have completed hrs with no show of work do to not following the syllabus and doing nothing in class . We have now been out of school for weeks first we was going to school m-s no Wednesday then no Wednesday or Fridays then once a week to out for 3 weeks. Resolution Sought Refund so I can have a better chance in the nail industry I'm very sad because of the time I have wasted . And I wish her good luck

This student is extremely unreasonable when it comes to this complaint! I can obtain statements from other students in regard to her going days of being absent which would have her go past her completion date, being sleep in class because she works 3rd shift and would be sleep during lessons when she should be clocked out and sent home, when it's time to learn hands on she refuses to do unless it's on her model hand. We make exceptions to syllabus for days she'd miss a day to make sure she has the opportunity to obtain the lessons for the week but yet she complained about the syllabus not being followed? Any other school if you miss a day you will have to make up on your own and pay past your completion date. So, all exceptions she is complaining about was made on the account of students like her. She understood all of this prior to enrolling at Nailtorious Iconz Beauty Academy! She also signed a contract and attended more than 50% of course so per contract she is not entitled to no refund! The school was closed due to an emergency surgery the owner and instructor had to have and all students and State was aware of the closure for 4 weeks. Upon reopening Carson came to school and attempted to stay as she stated the bank told her to keep going to school as she paid for classes. I'm not sure if the bank she is referring to is this company or not, but she was also told she can complete 10 more hours and intern at a salon to complete her last 50 hours. We have not heard from her since 2/13 but we have got bank dispute that were not ruled in her favor.
