I went to get an oil change, and after a week, my car oil light came on after driving it over 30 minutes. I received advice that they put a lower grade of oil, which will cause this problem. I went down and ask them if possible someone might have put it by accident, they said no. I asked about the camera footage, but they did not provided it for me to confirm it was performed correctly. I talked to the regional manager, very unprofessional and nasty attitude. Location: 20754 Bear Valley Rd. Apple Valley, CA 92308 Resolution Sought I asked for them to do it again, but make sure it is correct, but they said no, I would need to pay for it again.
