My Elder Nicholas went to Stone crest Toyota to look for a car, Mr. William came over he and Mr. Nicholas talked about the car I call two Ins Company's, but I wasn't able to get the rate I was looking for because the insurance company had me at fault of which I wasn't, the employee told us to try another insurance company it was the same, I asked for the refund because I didn't even open the door door and he said the system is down so I will get my money in a few days it's a month and they refuse to give me my $3000, I am a Certified Nurses Assistant and I need to get my money back so I can get a car for work and Toyota refuse to give me my money I didn't as much as hold the keys for the car please I need your help because I need to work to pay my bills and Toyota refuse to give me my money I have to get work and I have to be using Uber and Lyft and I cannot afford it that's twice a day and Toyota is giving me the run around, they manager telling the system is down and the are selling cars the place have customers coming in and out but refused to refund me my money so I can go and do my job,I take care of the elderly, most of the time I take the to doctor's appointment and because of Toyota stone crest I am about to lose my job because they are holding on the money I have to get a car, I need your help so I can get a ride and get my work done, I have called many times but the manager is going around in circle with me, this is not right please. Resolution Sought I am asking the business to please let Toyota give me my money because I didn't even open the car door more so to even drive the car I have to take the client to doctor's appointment but the family members have to take us, I am using Uber which is $40 to $45 one way and this is not fair for Toyota to have my money and I have to be spending all my pay check out on Lyft and Uber and I have my bills to pay, please please I need your help so Toyota give me my money back because I didn't touch it car

I left Nalley several messages and they won't respond. I want $29000 which is the amount they have on my contract as the amount I will have to pay at the end of my loan agreement that is absolutely not what I agreed to. I agreed to at least a rate 6 below the 20 I see and I absolutely did not buy a warranty and they mistreated me and took advantage of me due to my disclosure of my mental disabilities and my financial status upon my arrival that day. The salesman is no longer there but he would be a good witness I'm sure of it. I need arbitration asap! I intend to pursue this one way or another. I was also lied to about the car fax report. I was told 1 owner and he used it to tote kids to school and events. No issues. All lies. Resolution Sought Come get the Yukon and pay me the figure on the bogus contract of $29000 or repair the transmission and any other problems and pay me $3000 plus the 6 additional finance charges on the entire loan.

I have tried to call Sherri a few times and have been unable to reach her. Sherri purchased her 2013 GMC in August 2021 with 137866 miles. I apologize Sherri has problems wiht the vehicle now which has over 200k miles on it. However, there is no evidence of the allegation Sherri has brought up.
