Ordered hearing aids from Nano and they did not fit me. So, I sent them back according to their instructions. I got a call and they talked me into ordering a different model, they didn't fit either . So again we went through the return process. They have charged my AMEX account 540.49 and won't return my money. So, now I have no hearing aids and my money is gone. They said the return period had expired. The second order should have been treated as a new order but was not. During all the back and forth that was when the return period ran out. So frustrated! Can you help! Resolution Sought I want my money returned $540.49. A credit back to my Amex would be good.

My 90 year old mother, ordered and paid $264.90 on 1/12/23 for hearing aids. They had to be returned because they were too small, which caused dexterity issues. Nano states on their site a guarantee for a 100 refund . We returned the hearing aids and mother received an 80 refund for $214.90. When I called they said something about a number she needed. My mother cannot hear well, nor is she able to deal with IVR phone calls. When I explained all this, that she knew nothing of a number, etc, they did not care and said there was no supervisory staff available to help me with further questions, as I am my mother's P.O.A. I continued my attempt with emails, to no avail. I imagine that no doubt most of their customers are seniors, and to keep approx $50 00 of every returned item that did not have this number, seemed liked Elder Fraud to me. If you have policies as such, it should be printed in legible type right with the return label and packaging, not within paragraphs of very small type of which many seniors cannot read, if that was the case. Resolution Sought I would like this business to refund the other 20 of the purchase price to my mother's account and believe they should be more transparent about some number needed to receive 100 of a customer's refund.
