Get new employees in there that respect others.
Guess the manager has Vertigo and can do as she pleases, not realizing she'll forget in 5 minutes. I purchased an item and was just told to be able to do a return I needed receipt or proof. I went to purchase something else later on and the employees screamed curse words at me. I asked to speak with manager and got screamed at more, manager comes out with a cigarette in her mouth telling me I'm a pos and the other grey haired short woman started on me as well. I've never gone back, but I did tell them I would contact someone.
