Napa promises they can work on vehicles but instead, we are getting broken vehicles on multiple accounts. Took my truck in to get an alignment, rotation and balance. When I left, my truck has a tilt to the passenger side, they broke off all of my hub caps(without calling me) and said it was necessary because they were cheap after market that were rusted on but yet I had my tires changes 2 months ago and they cam off just fine, they threw in mini sand bags as an easy fix to balance my tires because it is the new best way but you talk to other mechanics and it is done as an quick and easy way to make money. I just talked to someone and her breaks were not changed out and she had a child in the car when she figured that out because they were not kicking in because it was metal on metal. Resolution Sought They honestly do not deserve to be open but some sort of difference would be worth while. I cannot afford to fix the wrongs they did to my truck...it is now a yard ornament and I cannot sell it because I have a loan to pay on it yet.
