Contractor put down a toilet. It started to leak a few days later. When I contacted him he said that he will come a fix it but without success he never showed up after he kept changing the days. When I finally spoke to him in person he said that he did not have money to replace the casket so he used the old one. I told him why didn't he say anything. He then told my husband that he is very busy and could find someone else to fix the problem after I paid him for the job. This was very unprofessional and now I have to find someone else to fix what was not completed. Resolution Sought I would like for my funds to be returned to me or have the job completed the right way. I would like to avoid going to small claims court.
