Hi! I've been having a problem with my energy bill all this time here in this unit, and i didn't notice it until a few months ago when a friend moved to the apartment downstairs and she has 2 bedroom apartment (mine is one bedroom), and she is getting charged less that me on her bill, like way less, more than half of what I've been paying and is not fair, it doesn't make sense, so i called several times to NES so they can check the meter or something, and they never came until this month that i went to the office directly and they said they were going to look if something is wrong, and now I got a highest bill than last month bc they said is nothing wrong but they have to charge me $55 dollars bc of that, so my bill now is $189!! Can you believe it? Like I need some help bc I'm not gonna pay that. Resolution Sought I need them to solve the issue in my apartment, i need them to resend me the bill with a fair amount to pay checking the bills of the other apartments around me, and to stop asking me for too much money when I'm not even in the apartment all day!
