My gap was not covered or explained to me properly. I received someone else's paperwork and when I received my document, the amount owed is several thousand less then the amount on the gap claim. I hade sent a letter requesting a detailed explanation and called requesting the information. I spoke with Maureen who hung up on me. Resolution Sought Gap to give detailed explanation. Cover gap.
