I contacted Nation Wide Since 1955 via HomeAdvisor and it has been a nightmare. The initial contract was for a window over the exterior door and for the aluminum clip over the roof. This was on June 15, 2021 someone from Nation Wide came to my home on July 2, 2021 and installed the window above the door, the job was done very unprofessional and clip was not done at all also damage was done to both sides of the wall over the inside door ledge. Nothing was finish and nothing done right, someone was suppose to come and fix it. I needed an exterior door so I purchase a steel door from Nation Wide on July 29, 2021 and when the door was ready everything was to be done the same day. The door was delivered to me on November 16, 2021 but nothing is finish or done the door is sitting in my yard deteriorating. It has been half a year and I am without any of the work I paid for done. Promises but no show and no work, Constant Lies, they have my money .I do not have their, it a scam , they do not have the people to do the work because of the Pandemic so they claim. Why are they still making contracts and taking people money? Resolution Sought At this point all I want is my money back!
