Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. These people sent me a letter about pre qualifying for refinancing my car. When I talked to them, it was a different story. They wanted to check my credit report. I told them that I didn't want to go through them checking my credit, and to forget about the refinancing. To my surprise after I had told them I was not interested and Don't check my credit, they did it anyway and caused my credit to go down over 30 points, and this week I received a letter from them denying me because of my credit score. I am very upset about this because I am trying to build my credit which was at least 611. When a person tell them No, No means No. Unfair practices. Now they hang up on me when I call them about this Resolution Sought I want them to get all those inquiries off of my report and stop using unfair practices against we the consumers.
