Horrible experience

Adan Was my loan officer. I called on a Tuesday and he was supposed to call me back. I got sent a text saying i was approved. I tried calling all day no answer. I called back Wednesday he finally answered. He said I see your approval I'll call you cack in 5 minutes. I tried calling all Wednesday and Thursday with no answer. Friday I started calling again finally he answered and said my auto loan would be the same if I changed so I said thank you and hung up. He could have called me back on Tuesday or Wednesday with that information. Instead of having my hopes up for a lower monthly note. It was a very unpleasant, unprofessional experience. Very disappointing.
