National Auto Movers LLC complaints

Good Morning, I am reaching out to you because I have had the most unprofessional experience with the employee, Patty from National Auto Movers. She was very unethical, sarcastic, hostile, loud and down right dismissive. She was very condescending. I could not think clearly enough to get my words together because of the mental state she subjected me to be in by her ineffective way of communicating. She gave me 2 different prices for my vehicle but when I asked for a print out of what the fees were to total that amount, I was told I could not get that. My fees jumped from $300 to $535 within 2 days and the storage fee is $50/day. After speaking to Patty twice on the phone it was never mentioned to me what was their payment preference. Once I arrived to get my vehicle, that is when I was told they only accept cash. There was no one else to speak with and I once I realized I was not getting anywhere by communicating with Patty, I asked for the owner information and was dismissed. She declined providing that information. I finally called my rental office whom contracted this towing company, to see if they could assist me with getting the owners information and I was told that the owner Louise would give me a call. He has yet to return my call and some of the fees I am being charged are a scam. Thank you for your time Resolution Sought Reimbursement me for false charges.
