Misleading information regarding repairs that were NOT needed on vehicle!

I went in to have them, check my Brakes. He checked them, and said, you need brake real bad, and the roaders are not good! all 4 tires. I ask James if he can write it all down for me, so I can remember to let my Dad Know, about my Car? James said I don't do Estimates. I took my car to another, place. they said, You don`t need any brakes. They are good! Came home, had my dad check my brakes, he said they Look Good! I don`t like National any more, I will never take my Car there, again! How many people take there Car or trucks, there and James does this to them? He did some things to one of my Neighbor`s and I did not Believe it, But now I do. it`s so sad. I don`t want this to happen to anyone. There not a good Business!!
