This letter serves as confirmation of national credit adjusters receipt of your correspondence dated January16, 2025. NCA has reviewed your correspondence as well as her records. NCA is the owner of Mr. Selmon's Bank of Missouri s/b/m MABT Total Visa account (original account ID 4057310320206326) with a balance of $547.44. In order to validate Mr. Selmon's account, we have included with this response a copy of the original account documentation for review. A copy of this documentation has been sent to Mr. Selmon via mail on several occasions; However, our records indicate that it was last sent on 10/18/24. Additionally, our records indicate that the account was placed into a temporary fraudulent status on 12/1824, which prevented contact for 30 days. If Mr. Selmon has reason to believe that someone is using his information to open account in his name without his knowledge or consent, we suggest filing one of the following: a police report from his local police station, a fraud affidavit form, or an FTC identity theft report from www.identitytheft.gov. The law limits how long you can be sued on a deb. Because of the age of Mr. Selmon's debt, we will not sue him for it. If he does not pay the debt, and NCA may continue to report it to the credit reporting agencies as unpaid for as long as the law permits this. This notice is required by law.
