Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Will NOT STOP CALLING ME! I have two numbers on the Do Not Call list, yet I get MULTIPLE CALLS A DAY from these guys using different numbers, some local, that NEVER track back to them! The poor folks are always confused when I call back for a manager bc it's their private mobile #. They've called my husband's so often that it's rendered his number useless and we only use it for his HEART DOCTOR and it's led to a PREVENTABLE heart failure event this year bc the Dr couldn't call to tell him about a dosage change to a medication!! When I pick up the phh to tell them to STOP CALLING ME, they become defensive and rude and claim that I CALLED THEM, bc I pressed 1 to speak to someone... AGAIN, to take me off their list!! Geez. They ABSOLUTELY need to be stopped as they are more than just annoying, they are dangerous to others. Resolution Sought STOP CALLING ME

They call 3 x day. Blocking them doesn't work as they have hundreds of numbers. When I call back the number, I get a hang up. No one answers. They have been harassing me for 2 years +. .Reading reviews, this is typical. Looking online i get an address of 2701 Harbor Blvd E-2#38. Costa Mesa, CA. PHONE 888-359-8555. There's no way to know if its a real address. I have blocked numerous numbers. They leave a message, but won't answer call backs. Resolution Sought Stop harassing me
