National Debt Relief complaints

Requesting ~3500 dollars of debt be relieved that was initially complied into the debt relief program. Spoke with Aaron Nelson, Debt Specialist (recorded line; please review phone calls) -- Ms. Nelson spoke to me regarding my options with my debt. Mr. Nelson (as a professional) proceeded to guide me (a consumer) to include debt that would worsen my circumstances months down the line, to simply increased his commissions. He even said on the phone call "more bang for the buck." He included debt from my credit union that he was aware was that I used this credit union as my primary checks/savings account, and that I had an auto loan with them, in addition to the credit card he was discussing. On the recorded line I explicitly informed him of the above-mentioned circumstances. He proceeded to provide me with false information and included this credit card debt that would be cross-collateral utilization. Due to his intentional negligence, I would have been worse off in 6 months after then I currently am, if I did not research this after I and gain additional information from another source. I am not sure how many other people have been misled to increase the debt specialist commissions. Additionally, these people have most likely debt and charges months down the line. Also, I signed a contract that I later noted contained inaccurate information. Mr. Nelson is clearly unable to perform simple calculations, which causes concerns for all other details outlined in the contract. My contract is over April 2024 and they are still have creditors calling and sending letters. Now they are trying to make me pay up to December . I paid them 487.00 for 43 months Resolution Sought I want all of my money back and all of my creditors paid
