I called this company Tuesday the 5th to cancel my enrollment in their program and request my funds which were being held in an account in my name to settle debts. I was told by the customer service representative that it would take 3-7 days to receive the first part of the refund and I would get the remaining amount after that as they were still waiting on a payment I made to clear for them to refund that particular payment. When I checked and did not see any of the funds today which is 7 days later, I called their customer service number to ask why the refund had not come yet and I was told they had not even processed any part of the refund and would have to wait another 3-7 days. This has caused me to be late on my car payment which could easily result in my vehicle being repossessed. I find this very unacceptable and would like my refund processed today. Resolution Sought I just want the money they have been holding in trust for me to be deposited into my account today.

I officially terminated my relationship with national debt relief last Friday. AFTER termination 2 days later they auto withdrew money from my account again!! I have called them 3 times asking about this and when my account will be refunded. I never get a straight answer. I just get "system pending" type answers. Resolution Sought I want my refund. In my welcome package I was assured my account would be refunded immed upon voluntary termination of my account.
