I was making payments to this company to help me with a guardianship issue and to get visitation with my son. I qualified for there affordable help, doing everything they asked I was to make my last payment of $150 and proceed with the next step filing with the courts. Just to find out after days of emails and text I recitative email saying sorry for unconventional but our doors have closed and that was it. No word from my case worker and now I have to tell my son its going to be longer because I am out that money and time. They pray on people with real issues with promises of affordable resolutions to family issues knowing I could afford a real lawyer just to be worse off than when I was. Resolution Sought I would like me money back I cant put a price on the time and disappointment they have caused, and a solution to what I started.
