Insulted by the intake process
Some guy call me in response to my application online. Right away, he told me that I had also contacted this program in 2017. So obviously, I'm quite upset & suspicious of why they didn't help me then? But he started to ask me questions about the case & I got emotional talking about my losing custody of my ONLY child so w/o missing a beat, this guy started barking, yelling, & demanding that I take deep breaths, ho to some corner so you can "calm down, only giving me facts, & know how to answer HARD questions;then call me back in 1 and 1/2 hour. Basically this s.o.b put me on "time out" like an effing child & very rudely hung up on me. But before that, he gave me his info while speaking extra slow & condescending voice, he was horrible & a sanctimonious prick. I know for sure if he didn't even give me a moment to adjust & listen, there will never be any time he will give my case a second thought or care. I did call back just to be sure & yes, he did not answer at his extension (855-720-2294 ext. 763). This business hides under a reputable name only to sell their INCOMPETENCE handling of customers needing help. Like me, most people that call this number must be desparate & low on cash (imo) due to circumstances of the justice system and because they maybe missing their children so much & because of this; we don't deserve to be treated like an effing child or tread upon like our case/story is just another call that they can hang up on. By the way, I tried leaving msg, the vm just cuts you off & will not let you. Also, calling the 800 number will give you same thing. I called several times until a girl answered & I ask her, "wow does someone really works here"?..She almost choked laughing so hard about it. This company is disgusting & everyone should know this. They don't care about your cases, stop contacting them, instead REPORT them & hold them accountable. I'm a single mom & again I contacted this co back in 2017, obviously they didn't help me is why I find myself in this predicament again in July 2021. Please people, I'm warning you, stop counting these people, you're gonna be losing money & gain more headaches. I hope this helps. Yours Truly, Sophea D.
