I initially was scheduled for installation on 11/19/22. I explained my busy scheduled and was promised by the estimate promised me That I+ will have my carpets installed on that date. They had to cancelled and they asked me if I was okay with the Wednesday. I told her that I was not sure if I will be available. She called back and told me schedule the appointment for Wednesday to block the spot & I can cancel if I could not make it. The cancellation policy was not presented to me then or when the estimate was done. I am a registered nurse, and we had a covid outbreak in my work place late the evening before my appointment, i was made aware. I had to come to work so we can care for the patients. I reached out to them on two occasion. I spoke to someone the night. I explained to them what happened and told them I need to rescheduled. After speaking to him, the cancellation policy was still not presented to me. At 6`:05 am, I got a call from the company, telling me that they can do everything in the house and they don't have to come back a second time. I told him I was charged for two visit and I had to cancelled. He told me someone will call me back. Again, the cancellation policy was not explained to me. At 6:26 am, someone called me, (DORIA) and told me about the cancellation policy. j I requested to speak to someone else. He called back again, I requested to speak to someone else. Kim, manager called and was extremely, rude. Letting me that I have to pay the cancellation. Resolution Sought I will like to reschedule and have my carpets installed. Both Dorian and Kim was very rude and refused to allow me to explained my self. When Kim called, I was expecting her to be professional. The was she presented her self, her behavior and customer service was very poor and belittling. I asked her if I can speak to someone else, she told me she is the manager and after her if the owner and he do not speak to anyone. Refused to give email or full name.

I had scheduled appointment for installation for carpet. When a gentleman came out that sold me the carpet. Carpet he looked around and he marked on my paperwork that I had heavy furniture. He told me that they moved the furniture. When they came today May 25th 2022 they wanted to charge me $250 cash to move my furniture. I told them that I did not have this amount of money and that they knew that I had heavy furniture from the beginning. Someone from national Floor direct called me. Basically telling me that I have to pay this amount or they was going to mark it down as I was unprepared for installation which is not true. My house is very much prepared for installation. I wasn't prepared for additional $250. At this time. Time I felt that I had nothing else. No other option so I wind up. Give them $150 and they proceeded to do the work. I really feel like I have been robbed. I feel that I was misled and I don't feel that this is fair. I was told from the beginning that they would move my heavy furniture and then the gentleman told me that. Oh because you have glass, I asked him with $250 make the glass go away because the glass is still going to be there whether I pay or not. So at the end if you're using this business please make sure you have some extra cash because the installation it's up to them to decide if they going to charge you more money. So upset dissatisfied. Resolution Sought I would like the business to give me back my $150
