This company has come to my house three times with incorrect carpet at all different times not specified within the window they did state. They give a email at 4 AM stating when they're coming that day which they never a VyVy. I have wasted three days of taking my time off out of my life to wait for them and each time they have either been late and or also every time showed up with the wrong carpet or this time today without enough. I was told today per the contract that I signed they have until February to install the carpet before I have any recourse so they can just keep my money Resolution Sought I would just like my deposit back. I do not wish to do business with them ever again I have wasted over a month of time and three workdays for this company. I now know numerous persons as well who they haven't done the work for but I have touched base with through on Facebook. I never want them to come into my house I just want my $500 back and I never want to hear from them again they should be held accountable for the stuff they do to people.
