National Grid is charging 40.00 extra dollars for no reason. I'm on the budget plan for 70.00 per month and have not missed a payment in 19 years. I have contact National grid and have not been given a explanation for the extra money I'm being charged. This has been a on going problem for the past 5 years. Resolution Sought That National Give me written proof that I owe the money and when this happened.

Phone number was intercepted by unknown persons posing as operators asking for my full ss# witch I gave, license # 250 dollar deposit refundable after 24 weeks of good standing payable by cash card I could get at stop and shop .instructions given by the man. Original # I called was 800 322 3223 on 8-16 -24 at 2:53pm. He gave me this number to call back 888 874 0447 at 3:01pm. He called me back looking to see if I got the card at 4:43pm # 301 679 3595. Then he called me back on 8-17 12:44 pm 716 534 8014. So whoever this is they have my ss# ID # Resolution Sought Try to stop whoever is doing this stuff or at least know about it.
