I was living in an apartment since 2017 and my electricity was very high. I've been charged over $8.002.45 and it's only my husband and I living in the apartment. I've been complaining to the national grid, and they came and change the meter. But, nothing changed, the bill was still high. I had to make a payment plan of $300 monthly and the amount hasn't been changing. I need help because I cannot afford to pay for this amount. Resolution Sought I desire is to find a solution for this problem, because I cannot afford to pay this bill. I'm from a low-income family and my husband is retired.
