Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. I signed up for the program almost a year ago with the promise of being able to buy my first home with assistance in down payment. The company did absolutely nothing but take my money and made sure I did not accumulate any debt. I removed all negative inquiries on my account and paid off all debt as instructed. Was sent my first offer letter for $150k with my debt to income ratio (at the time) my credit was 143 points less and I was making $4 less with my current employer. After having now a 700 credit score and now making $20 an hour with no debt an stable employment. The company submitted my loan application without my permission and offered me loan amount between $95k - $115. They did not explain why such a low offer when now it's finally time to purchase. They even told me that I could not use my personal Realtor who's been helping me understand the home buying process. As well as my lender with Prime Lending, who submitted a loan app with approval for $200k. When I asked for a full refund I was told that the service provide was adequate. I felt robbed, lied to and for lack of better words *Bait and Switch*. This company is taking advantage of first time homebuyers and our ignorance of the buying process. From start to finish I literally did everything buy myself by researching and my realtor. This company did absolutely nothing but take my money for a year and did not provide any helpful service whatsoever. Resolution Sought Provide a full refund for lies and time wasted.
