I purchased a car from this dealership, I have been trying to get my hard tags, which I was told by an associate would be ready before the temp tags expire. I have been reaching out to then and have been getting the run around and every time they tell me the person in the tag and title department will call me. I have not received a call so I call MVA and I was told that my title wasn't even in the system. Resolution Sought Refund me my tags and I'll purchase them myself.
