To lodge a complaint with them for better business practices and better customer services. thanks.
They have given me the runaround ever since, I let them move and store my belongings. I hand Joe then send me through Change just try to pay the bills make sure I get my belongings back and just a lot of issues with this place. They told me I could pay over the phone now they're talking about I can't pay over the phone, I have to do a wire transfer. It's almost like they don't want me to get my belongings back. They didn't inform me of all the necessary information that I need to know. The person that picked up my belongings was very intimidating, basically, I talked to three different people with three different stores just a lot of run around.

We have reviewed the review filed by Kandi Lloyd against National Moving & Storage. We have confirmed that the Consumer hired our Business to perform a Long Distance move from IL-TN, commencing on 1/27/20. She has been making payments on her move & storage, but has advised as of two weeks ago that she does not have a delivery address & wants her shipment kept in our warehouse, which we have done. Ms. Lloyd advised us when we spoke with her last that she would contact us at the end of this month (3/2020) to advise if she wishes to stay in storage longer or if she to receive delivery. She did call today & advised she wishes to continue storage through the end of 5/2020, and will be making the monthly storage payment tomorrow. As such, Consumer has made payment for her move deposit & requests that we continue to keep her shipment in storage, which we are doing. She will make payment tomorrow & remain in storage through 5/25/20 per her request. We look forward to completing delivery to customer once she is ready.
