Business is operating with out Legitimate plumbing license!

This Business is operating with out Legitimate plumbing license in New York City. Keith Gans is using other plumbers licenses and operating a business with out his own. I would like for this to be looked into and have the proper licenses in place for the contractor Keith Gans. Address is 1956 East 8th street Brooklyn, NY 11223
