My complaint was resolved in October.
I began the request for service in May.

The experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. I experienced incompetence with this company in every department I had to contact. They performed repairs and charged my insurance for parts that did not need repair and that we did not request. I would Not reccomend them to anyone.
