I've been dealing with a situation of repair from the company called National Seating and Mobility. I called the company beginning in August of 2023 to complain about the chair not working for my granddaughter. The appointment was set for January,8th of 2024. This was the first problem. On January 8th a Mr Andy came out and we established that there was a problem with the foot pedals of the chair. Mr Andy was to place the order for the parts and they would call me to make an appointment to come out and fix the problem. Mr Andy forgot to order me part. He apologized, when I called in March to find out why I hadn't heard from them. He said he would order the part the same day. So in April when I called the company, a Ms Jannie or Jamie informed me that the part had just came in on Friday, April 19th. She wanted to schedule me for May the 2nd to come out for the repair. Needless to say this did Not sit well with me. So she told me that they will come out on April 25th. The 25th has come and gone. I called my insurance company Well point. They called the company and the lady Ms Jannie lied and said the part had just been cleared from Arkansas on Thursday, April 25th. I'm not understanding why this repair is being put off for so long. My granddaughter's legs have become weaker in this prolonged process and her progress has been challenged and put off by this company's lack of commitment to doing their job. I don't know what else to do. It took them 3 to 5 months to repair brakes. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is for repairs to not be so delayed, because the equipment is already paid for.

Company states; 9-23-2023 Order opened for warranty work on stroller. This was completed on 10-24-2023. 01-08-24 Order opened for adjustments to stander. Client seen and order closed 1-8-2024. 03-15-2024 Order opened for repair to stander. Order was completed 4-29-2024. The above are the only orders we have for 2023-2024. We do not bill insurance for any order until the work is complete.
