I got $600 from National Small Loan yesterday, 10/17/2022. I never requested this money not did I ever get any paperwork from them with a loan number or terms. I'm sure the terms are excessive. To date, I have sent 3 emails to [email protected]. Have spoken with 2 different people , the first person I spoke with said that I can return the $600. My bank aid that they cannot return the funds. i can refund through the online bill pay but since I have no information, not even a loan number I can't do that. The second person i spoke with said that someone from their management team would call me back, that was over 2 hours ago. My bank also said to send them a check for the $600. I'm not sure you can help me but if you can, that would be great Resolution Sought Get this $600 situation resolved as quickly as possible before excessive fess are accessed, which i cannot pay back.
