This company is taking 29.94 from my checking account without my authorization. I do not have an account with them. I have made a complaint with my local sheriffs department. They keep saying I do not have account with them which I don't but they have my checking account information. Resolution Sought To receive my money back in my account and they remove my information from their files.

I was loan searching and somehow my information was given to them through that and they started charging me 7.94 every week and I didn't even have a set up account with them. When asked to resolve they only refunded me for one charge out of 4 and canceled my "plan". I use credit karma and have no need to use a service to see my score. Really worried how they just took my information and then didn't give me back all the money they took from me. Just don't want this to happen with anyone else. Resolution Sought I would like my total refund. Not just the one charge.
