My car was towed from my private property by Nations Recovery Inc. while I was out of the country. I was not let known that my car had been towed. First off, nations recovery inc. legally did not have access to enter my gated community without permission. I verified with my HOA that permission was not granted. It is a breach of peace and illegal in California to enter a gated or fenced off apartment complex that is not open for public access. After receiving my car on Monday, April 10th 2023, I noticed significant damage made by nations recovery inc./ Manheim: There is a permanent scratch on the front bumper that cannot be painted over. It cut into the plastic. The rear bumper was also damaged, the paint is cracking off from damages. It was clearly hit in the towing process. My rear view mirror was ripped off my windshield leaving irreversible damage. The rear view mirror can no longer be reattached and my windshield is cracked. There was absolutely no reason for my rear view mirror to be broken off during the repossession. The leather on the drivers seat was scratched severely and it cannot be wiped off, the seat permanently damaged. The center storage compartment was broken to the point where it no longer closes properly. The key fob for my car was reprogrammed and it can no longer be used to open or turn on my car. I have to go to a dealership to get a new key. When I turn on the car and it's on idle or rolling, a chirping noise can be heard com Resolution Sought Pay for the damages caused while my vehicle was in their possession
