This company is a scam. My son had a plan with them on his 2014 BMW. He has now purchased a new BMW 2024 and requests that they cancel the policy. They are giving him the runaround. This is not a mandatory plan that he has to have; they are requesting that he send them his new car information. Why is that their business just cancel the damn policy and prorate the refund. Resolution Sought REFUND

Mr. Reed called into customer service on 2/24/25, requesting a refund. He had traded his 2014 BMW and wanted to cancel the contract/ We advised him to send in the documentation showing the odometer reading and we would process his refund. The request for an odometer reading is per the language of the contract. Mr. Rees sent proof on 2/24/25, and we processed the cancellation effectively on the same day. The refund was sent out to the customer home address on 3/7/25 in the amount of $609.73.
