Complaints contain a pattern of allegations that the company fails to pick-up vehicles are late to pick-up or deliver vehicles and damages occur during transport. Some complainants state that they had to contact the company for updates on pick-up or delivery issues and are generally dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. Many customers complained about the company's website advertising claiming it has its own fleet of trucks yet they sub-contracted the transport. Keep in mind the insurance deductible for damage claims averages about $1 000.00 per claim.~~The company generally responds by stating transport times are only estimates are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to bad weather mechanical issues or other unforseen issues. In some cases they reported to the customer the status of the transport and reasons for delay. With regard to damage claims the company refers claimants to the actual carrier to file an insurance claim. Further the company states they do not honor damage claims which are not noted at the time of shipment or delivery as per their agreement. In a few cases the company refunds deposits less cancellation charges when the customer is at fault for cancellation. The company states they do not keep any deposits when they are unable to perform services. Other complainants were offered discounts for future transports or small refunds. The company also explains that the jobs are subcontracted and the sub-contractor is responsible for delays or damage. The company contends their contract has no provision for rental car fees or other compensation. The company has responded to all complaints brought to their attention.
