On 1/28/23 I had my 2011qx56 Infiniti truck towed them because it would not run so on 1/30/23 them called me and told me about a whole bunch of things that had nothing to do with why it would not run like oil change and other things which I do have paper work for it which was over 5000.00 dollars and they could not go any further until I fixed that and I told them that I was going to have it towed to another dealership because none of that has nothing to do with why it won't run so I sent it to jbs Infiniti and they fixed it which cost me 11000.00 so I want my money back from nationwide Infiniti because they lied to me about everything. Resolution Sought Refund my 365.82 which cost me out of pocket because they Diagnose the problem wrong why spend all that money at a dealership and they not going to be honest with you.
